Walter J. Laws

Northfield Walter John Laws Walter J. Laws, 61, a resident of Northfield for 8 years died at his home following a period of failing health. Walter was born in Boston, MA, October 26, 1952, son of the late Walter E. and Marie (Arsenault) Laws. He had resided in Bristol for many years before moving to Northfield. For many years he worked as a truck driver for various construction companies and retail consumer companies. Walter enjoyed the outdoors and camping. He enjoyed time spent with family, especially his grandchildren. Over the years his pastimes included, tinkering with autos and enjoying his animals. He was a pool player and member of a local downtown league. Walter�s family includes, His daughter, Karen A. Hanser of Sanbornton Sons, William J. Laws of Windham Brian M. Laws of Bristol Walter J. Laws II of Bedford Eight grandchildren His former wife, and mother of his children, Margaret Laws of Bristol A brother, Richard Laws of Hull, MA A sister, Joan Dickerson of Quincy, MA Two nieces and two nephews Calling hours will be held Saturday, April 5th from 1:00PM to 3:00PM at the William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home, Franklin-Tilton Road in Tilton. A celebration of life will follow the calling hours at the Greenside Restaurant at Lochmere Country Club, 360 Laconia Rd, Tilton.
