Valerie Leigh Edmunds

Valerie L. (Foster) Edmunds, 56, a longtime resident of Tilton, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Binghamton, NY on November 3, 1964, the daughter of Robert L. and Janet (Lynn) Foster. She was a graduate of Ridgewood High School in New Jersey and continued her education with over 30 years of experience in the dental field.

Valerie enjoyed tending to flowers in her garden, soaking up sun by the pool and most of all, long walks along the ocean looking for shells. Everyone around Valerie felt loved and her caring nature, infectious laugh, and crooked smile, made a presence that will be missed by all. Especially by her daughter, Brooke.

She was predeceased by her father, Robert L. Foster who died on November 23, 1995. Her family includes:

Her daughter, Brooke Lauren Edmunds of Concord

Her mother, Janet (Lynn) Foster of Concord

Her sisters,

Victoria L. Gallerani and her husband Richard of Milford, MA

Karen A. Covington and her husband Ralph of Montpelier, VA

Her brother, Robert A. Foster and his wife Barbara of Atlanta, GA

and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of her life will be announced on a later date.­
