Shirley M. Bergeron, 70, a longtime resident of Mountain Ridge in Franklin, passed away there on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 after a short illness. She was born in Goffstown on May 5, 1952 the daughter of the late John Williams and Dorothy Mae (Downs) Coons.
She was employed for several years as a housekeeper at the Fairfield Inn in Concord until her retirement.
Shirley loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, liked arts and crafts and enjoyed reading romance novels in her spare time.
She was predeceased by her parents, her son, Harold Ward and a daughter, Tina Varney. She will be greatly missed by her remaining family, her daughter, Tammy Ward, her 8 grandchildren and her 6 great grandchildren.
According to Shirley’s wishes, there will not be any calling hours or funeral services held.
