Sharon Ann Barclay

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon Ann Barclay, a beloved resident of Northfield, NH, who passed away peacefully on Friday, October 11th, 2024, at the age of 77. Born in Old Town, ME, on Saturday, July 26th, 1947, Sharon lived a life filled with love, creativity, and service.

Sharon dedicated many years of her career as a diligent parts inspector at Webster Valve, where she was known for her meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic. Beyond her professional life, Sharon was deeply passionate about her hobbies, which included sewing, reading, assembling puzzles, and creating diamond art. Her artistic talents and creativity brought joy not only to herself but also to those around her.

She is survived by her step-sons; Randy Barclay Jr. and Jeremiah Barclay, her 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, her sister; Wanda Huckins, her brother; Mike Young and his wife Holly and nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her father, Garland Young, her mother, Thelma Rose (Dugan) Young, and her beloved spouse, Randy Barclay Sr. her son Blake Barclay and her sister, Sheila Navoy. Sharon's enduring strength and warmth will always be remembered by those who knew her.

Family, friends, and those touched by Sharon's life are invited to pay their respects and celebrate her legacy. Visitation will be held at Smart Memorial Home in Tilton, NH, on Saturday, October 26th, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. This will be followed by a Celebration of Life at 1:00 pm, also at Smart Memorial Home.

The family extends their gratitude to everyone for their expressions of love, support, and sympathy during this difficult time. Sharon's arrangements have been thoughtfully entrusted to Smart Memorial Home, ensuring her honor and memory remain cherished.
