Northfield Robert "Robbie" Hayden Arteaga Robert H. Arteaga, 29, a lifelong resident of Northfield died, Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the Lake Region General Hospital in Laconia from injuries suffered in an automobile accident in Tilton earlier that evening. Robbie, as many knew him, was born in Laconia, March 5, 1987, son of Roberto and Melonie (Weeks) Arteaga. He attended schools in Northfield and later the Winnisquam Regional High School. He continued his education at the Manchester Community College with his interest in HVAC. He pretty much was self employed during his working years. Robbie loved football and excelled in it during school and after. He was involved with Pop Warner for several years. He of course followed the Patriots and also the San Diego Chargers. An outdoorsman, Robbie enjoyed hunting and fishing. At the age of six , Robbie began his career as a boxer and won his first debut with L. A. Boxing Club. His four month old daughter brought much joy in his life. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Elaine "MA" Weeks-Miller of Franklin and maternal grandfather, Ronald "PAPA" Thomas of Northfield. Robbie leaves, His mother, Melonie (Weeks) Bell and her husband, Warren of Northfield, his father, Roberto Arteaga, of Belmont, His sister, Jessica Arteaga of Mason, NH; brother Brian Lamontagne of Meredith and Robbie's companion and fianc� of nine years, Brandi LaCroix and their four month old daughter, Grace Elaine Arteaga of Belmont. He also leaves aunts, uncles, cousins and a nephews. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 P. M. at the William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home, Franklin-Tilton Road (584 West Main St.) in Tilton. A service will be held Wednesday, November 23rd at 11:00 A. M. at the Memorial Home with burial following in Bayside Cemetery in Laconia. Those wishing may make memorial donations in Robbie's name to New Hampshire Pop Warner at P.O. Box 423, Hudson, NH 03051.
