�Franklin Robert E. Clark Sr. Robert "Bob" E. Clark Sr., 80, a longtime resident of the Tilton-Northfield area died Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at the Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin following a period of failing health. Bob was born in Franklin, March 29, 1934, son of the late Maltheno "Chub" and Helen (Roach) Clark. He spent his youth and schooled in Franklin. He was employed for several years at the Arwood Corporation in Northfield where he worked as a grinder, the New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton, in food service and also drove for several years for Rennie's Taxi in Franklin . He and his wife ran the Center Launderette at the Franklin Shopping Center, until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. He served in the New Hampshire National Guard for several years. Bob was predeceased by a brother, Richard Clark. He leaves his wife of 58 years, Sandra A. (LaValley) Clark of Franklin His son, Robert E. Clark Jr and his wife Tina of Franklin Daughters, Tina Bartlett and her husband Dan of Northfield Cindy Hobart and her husband Rick of Tilton 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren Sisters, Joanne Stevens and her husband Bob of Belmont Gloria Croteau of Concord Linda Lapierre of Franklin A foster brother, John Lacourse of Franklin Nieces, nephews and cousins Calling hours will be held Tuesday, December 30th from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home, Franklin-Tilton Road (584 West Main St.) in Tilton. A graveside service will be held later in the spring at Park Cemetery in Tilton.
