Loudon Richard P. Hobart Richard P. Hobart, 73, a resident of Loudon for the past five years, died Sunday, February 21, 2016�at the Concord Hospital following a period of failing health. Richard was born in Plymouth, September 19, 1942, son of the late, Lawrence C. and Marion E. (Danforth) Hobart. Richard spent part of his youth in Plymouth and attended schools there; he later lived in Grafton and many years in Bristol. He served as a volunteer with the Bristol Fire Department for many years. He was employed for over 30 years with IPC, Freudenberg NOK in Bristol in Production Control and Security. In his spare time he especially enjoyed bowling and fishing. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by, a brother, William Hobart and sisters, Mary Guiott and Janet Graves. He leaves his wife of 52 years, Doris L. (Lamere) Hobart of Loudon his son, Richard Hobart and his wife Cindy of Tilton, their children, Brittany A. Hobart and Richard E. Bartz daughters, Doreen Green and her husband, Jeffrey of Loudon, their son, Forrest Green Diane Prentice and husband Roger, their children, Geoffrey Joyce and his wife, Ashley, Megan Joyce and fianc�, Patrick Root. brother, Robert Hobart of Vero Beach, FL sisters, Carol Cram and her husband, Leonard of Canterbury Judy Perry of Vero Beach, FL Linda Graves and her husband Robert of Vero Beach, FL three great-grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews Calling hours will be held Friday, February 26, 2016 from 5:00 To 7:00 PM at the William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home, Franklin-Tilton Road (584 West Main St.) in Tilton. A graveside service will be held later in the spring.
