It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Emile Campeau Jr., on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, at the age of 66. Born on Wednesday, June 18th, 1958, in Lewiston, ME, Paul was a resident of Sanbornton, NH.
Paul was a dedicated merchandiser at Lowe's in Tilton, NH, where he spent his days sharing his expertise with coworkers and customers alike. His love for the craft was evident through his earlier work as a self-employed subcontractor, allowing him to create and build with his own hands.
Outside of work, Paul was an avid fisherman. He found solace and joy in the tranquility of nature, including his love and admiration of wolves. When not enjoying the nature around him, he enjoyed working on challenging puzzles on a beautiful puzzle table that he meticulously handcrafted.
Paul is lovingly survived by his daughters, Shannon Stokes, along with her wife Jacqueline of Lake Wales, FL, and Tanya Hannigan, with her husband Terry of Franklin. He leaves behind cherished memories with his brother, Rick Campeau, his grandchildren, Madison Salls and her husband Chandler, Logan Hannigan, Owen Smith, Owen Hannigan, and his great-granddaughter, Layla Salls.
He is predeceased by his father, Paul E. Campeau Sr., mother, Anora (Michaud) Campeau, and sister, Jackie Whitaker.
Family, friends, and community members are invited to pay their respects during a visitation at the Smart Memorial Home in Tilton, NH, on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice, a gesture that would honor Paul's generous spirit and love for helping others.
Paul will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
