TILTON, NH - Laura B. Diamond of Tilton, NH passed away on August,5 2026 in Mooresville, NC where she has lived for the last 8 years.

Laura was born in Tilton, NH on June 22, 1931, the daughter of Harry C. and Bertha M. Griffin.

Laura has three grandchildren, Bruce A. Diamond and his wife Rachel of North Carolina, Melinda McGraw and her husband David of Florida, Melissa Waters and her husband Chris of Florida.

Three Great-grandchildren, Savannah Diamond, Paige Diamond and Megan Waters, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband Albert on March 22, 2009, and her son Bruce on November 9, 2012. She was also predeceased by her seven brothers and four sisters; Ernest Griffin, Bernard Griffin, Earl Griffin, Merton Griffin, Sherwood Griffin, Robert Griffin, Donald Griffin, sisters; Charlotte Ball, Mildred Watson, Ethel Wiggins and Annabelle Griffin.

She worked for 30 years as a punch press operator at Insulfab Plastics Inc. in Franklin, NH.

A graveside service for Laura will be held on Friday September 4, 2026, at 11:00 am at Park Cemetery in Tilton, NH. All who knew Laura are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the American Cancer society.

The Smart Memorial Home 584 West Main St. Tilton, NH is assisting the family with arrangements.
