Franklin- Justine M. Koch, 60, of Franklin died on Thursday, April
20, 2023 at Concord Hospital. Justine was born on April 9, 1963 in Boston, MA daughter to Kevin and Rita (Meehan) Keefe.
Justine grew up in Boston and graduated from Monsignor Ryan Memorial High School and attended Northeastern University for two years.
Justine worked as a teacher in the Franklin community. She spent time at Bessie Rowell Elementary School and later worked as the librarian at Franklin Middle School. Justine also served on the Franklin Town Library Board.
Justine loved reading, watching old episodes of Friends, spending time with her friends and family and was always there to lend a hand to anyone in need.
Justine is survived by her mother, Rita Keefe; her husband, Allan Koch; her sons, Ethan Koch and Mike Koch and his wife, Valerie; her grandchildren, Emma and Michael Cox; her brother, Patrick Keefe and his wife, Laurie
and their children, Matthew and Cassidi; and her aunt and godmother, Anita Chapman. Justine was predeceased by her father, Kevin Keefe.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Smart Memorial Home, 584 West Main St., Tilton, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 5th at 10 a.m. at St. Gabriel Parish, St. Paul Church, 108 School St., Franklin, NH.
