Edwina L. (Gilman) Stetson

Andover Edwina L. (Gilman) Stetson Edwina L. Stetson, 94, a longtime resident of Andover died, Friday, April 24, 2015 at the Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen following a long period of failing health. Edwina was born in Tilton, August 5, 1920, daughter of Charles and Georgie (Burnham) Gilman. She and her husband Ralph lived on the Bean Hill section of Northfield for many years before moving to Andover in 1971. Prior to her retirement Edwina was employed in the housekeeping department at the Merrimack County Nursing Home for 20 years. She leaves her husband, Ralph B. Stetson of Andover, daughter, Susan Stetson of Andover, son, Richard Stetson of Alaska, grand and great-grandchildren, her sister, Marjorie French of Franklin and a nephew. There are no calling hours or services planned. Burial will be private in Proctor Cemetery in Andover. The William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home of Tilton is assisting the family with arrangements.
