Biography Concord Dorothy A. Miller Dorothy A. Miller, 74, a resident of the Hope House in Concord died there on her birthday, Saturday, July 6th following a period of failing health. Dorothy was born in Franklin, July 6, 1939, daughter of the late, William J. Miller Jr. and Violet E. (Small) Miller. Dorothy lived in Gilmanton for several years before moving to Concord. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, William J. Miller III and a sister, Barbara Fraser. She leaves, a brother, George S. Miller of Forest City, NC Two sisters, Marilyn L. Annis of Orange Park, FL Calista "Cris" M. Tilton of Franklin Her sister in law: Sandra (Shaw) Miller of Salisbury Aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews A graveside service will be held on Friday July 12, 2013 at 11:00 AM in Franklin Cemetery in Franklin. Arrangements are under the care of the William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home in Tilton. Those wishing may make memorial contributions in Dorothy's name to a charity of one's choice.
