Donna Tully
December 26th, 1968 - February 24th, 2024
Donna M. Tully, 55, passed away on Saturday, February 24th in her Franklin, NH home after a
short, but courageous battle with cancer.
She was born on December 26th, 1968 in Franklin, NH.
Donna was a lifelong resident of Franklin where she owned and operated Tully Real Estate
Solutions, a real estate brokerage and property management business, over the last 20+ years.
She put everything she had into building her business and was extremely proud of keeping the
properties she owned and managed well-maintained. Residents remember her bringing gifts to
their children around the holidays.
Her childhood was spent riding motorcycles, snowmobiling, and fishing with her father and
mother, Donald and Marjorie Fales, and her brother Kenny.
Donna married Gordon Tully in 1997 and they enjoyed 15 years together before he passed in
2011. They traveled across the country competing in dart tournaments, playing cards, operating
their family business, T-N-T Fence, and raising their son Nathaniel.
Her favorite times were spent with her son. She was constantly involved with Nathaniel's school
and hobbies, attending every sports game, leading his Cub Scout troop, and putting him to work
in her business. In 2008, they adopted their dog Red who was supposed to be for Nathaniel, but
quickly turned into Donna’s dog.
Donna was always imparting her real estate passion and work ethic to Nathaniel and was so
proud when he bought his first house in 2018. She was there every week helping him remodel
and improve the property while spending valuable time together.
Donna spent the last 10 years of her time with her significant other, Ernie Newcomb, and their
two dogs, Pilgrim and Mayflower. During their time together they went on countless trips and
spent most weekends at their cabin in Pittsburg, NH where they would ride snowmobiles and
their side-by-side, and work on a never-ending stream of projects to make “Camp” special.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gordon Tully; father, Donald Fales; and brothers, Kenny
Fales and Clifford Fales.
She is survived by her son, Nathaniel Tully; mother, Marjorie Fales; significant other, Ernie
Newcomb; sisters, Linda Fales and Ginny Currie; brothers, Douglas Fales and Donald Fales;
and many other family and loved ones.
