It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deidre (Donovan) Romeo at the age of 57. She left us on November 3, 2024, in the comfort of her home.
Deidre was a devoted mother to her daughters, Brittany Duffy and husband Michael Duffy of Manchester, NH, and Danielle Romeo-King and her husband Nathan King of Uniontown, PA. She cherished every moment spent with her three beloved grandsons, Orion, Rowan, and Rhys Duffy, who brought her immense joy.
An avid traveler, Deidre embraced the beauty of the world around her, especially the great outdoors of New England. Whether kayaking on serene lakes or exploring scenic trails, she found peace and exhilaration in nature, encouraging her loved ones to appreciate the wonders of the world and to travel whenever possible. Her loyal companion, Iggy, was always by her side, sharing in her many adventures.
Her adventurous spirit and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Deidre leaves behind a legacy of love, adventure, and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
A celebration of life will be forthcoming. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pope Memorial SPCA of Concord, NH.
