David Connelly Morris, 85, of Orlando, FL, passed away on September 26, 2025, at the New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton. Born June 27, 1940, in Los Angeles, CA, David pursued acting in his early years and worked with notable figures including Bill McKinney. He later moved to Florida, where he worked as a security guard and continued acting as an extra.
David was a quiet man of deep Christian faith who enjoyed treasure hunting, coin and shell collecting, and metal detecting. He was a devoted fan of Westerns, classic films and writing poetry.
He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Morris Feest, son-in-law Andrew Feest, stepchildren Caitlin and Matthew Feest, stepdaughter Wendy Oberle, and nieces and nephews Jo Anne Guy, Michele Morris, Sabin Morris, and Scott Morris. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Nutt, parents Mildred and Arthur Morris, brother Michael Morris, and sister Pat Stayshick.
David will be remembered for his kind spirit, love of laughter, and the joy he brought to those around him.
