Charlene A. (Boutin) Ouellette

Franklin Charlene A. (Boutin) Ouellette Charlene A. Ouellette, 59, a resident of Franklin for the past 4 years, died at her home, Friday, June 27, 2014 with her family at her side, following a period of failing health. She and her husband�were residents of the Lakes Region for�the past 40�years. She was born in Chicopee, Massachusetts, August 27, 1954, daughter of Arthur and Lorette (LaBrecque) Boutin. She spent her youth and graduated from the Chicopee school system in 1972. She continued her education following high school to assist with her future interests. Prior to leaving the workforce Charlene was employed for over 31 years as a business supervisor at the Spaulding Youth Center in Northfield. She especially enjoyed the outdoors, and�sunsets from the porch�of their Winnisquam lake house in Belmont. She was particularly fond of the Nubble Lighthouse�in York Maine, and loved to take photographs of all things beautiful, especially her grandson Gabriel. Her family includes,�her husband of 41 years,�Daniel T. Ouellette of Franklin,�her son, Shawn R. Ouellette and his wife Jodi Jarvis�of Franklin,�her grandson,�Gabriel Ouellette. Sisters, Anita Flemming�of�Belchertown, MA, Jackie Bisson of Claremont, NH�,�her brother, Arthur Boutin of Palmer, MA and 15 Nieces and Nephews A service will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 4:00 P. M. at the William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home, Franklin-Tilton Road (584 West Main Street) in Tilton. A celebration of Charlene's life will follow at the community�center at Mountain View Estates, Babbitt Road in Franklin.
