Caroline A. Cook “Mimi,” 82, of Sanbornton, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2024 surrounded by her family at home. She had a long life of quietly helping others and always searching for a bargain. Prior to retiring to Sanbornton, NH in 2008, Caroline was a member of the Boston Edison, local 369. One of her preceding and favorite jobs was driving disabled children to their learning centers in her many loved American station wagons.
Caroline was born on June 22, 1942 in Quincy, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late Floyd A. Leisher and Anneliese (Miller) Leisher. She grew up in Milton, Massachusetts and enjoyed her summers at her family’s second home in Marshfield, Massachusetts. She was proud to attend the Museum School of Boston where she studied silversmithing.
Caroline is survived by her loving daughter Heather, son-in-law Sean, and grandchildren Shannon, Patrick and Brendan; sisters Marsha McCormick of Marshfield, Massachusetts and Nancy Leisher of Rye, New Hampshire and her beloved cat Gronk....
