Alice Victoria Ogrodowski

March 6, 1948 — September 2, 2024

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Alice Victoria (Staniewick) Ogrodowski. Alice, 76, passed away peacefully on September 2nd, 2024, surrounded by her family. Alice was born March 6th, 1948, in Mount Holly, NJ to Joseph Staniewick and Virginia Rey. She was a proud resident of Franklin, NH. Alice will be fondly remembered for selflessly taking on the responsibility of 3 children who were not biologically hers, and she did so with the utmost pride. Alice showed Donna, Carol and David what a mother’s love is, and gave them the finest life! She devoted her life to her family and would always put anyone’s needs before her own.

Alice is survived by her husband, Frank, to whom she’d been married to for 56 amazing years; her daughters Donna and Carol (Ted); her grandchildren Sheri, Ashley (Michael), Jason, and Samantha; as well as her great-grandchildren Gabriel, Michael, and Malcolm; as well as many nieces and nephews. Alice is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Virginia Staniewick, her sister Barbara, and her son David (13) [June 19, 1979].

Alice was madly in love with her soulmate Frankie, and together they ruled the world. Alice was the Gypsy to Frank’s Outlaw. She was passionate about traveling the country and spent time every day documenting her life. Alice was very fond of the ocean and would frequent the Jersey Shore. She was an avid bingo player, loved gambling and scratching her scratch tickets.

Alice is best known for her tough personality and would tell anyone to “not act so silly” any time you would say something she didn’t agree with. Best believe Alice will be entering the gates of Heaven with her face on, and for those who don’t know that means, her make-up!

Alice’s children want her to know that they are incredibly thankful for the way she raised them. They also want her to know that they will forever miss her and remember all of the truly wonderful times.

We are extremely thankful to the staff at the Franklin VNA for taking the greatest care of our beloved Alice. With their help, we were able to keep Alice as comfortable as possible during her final days.

We are all stardust!
Blown in the wind to develop. Body and mind.
To create the creator.
Based on feeling and emotion.
Body and soul is commended.
